This Advanced Biathlon Clinic provides participants the opportunity to build on their skill set from previous clinics. The elements of this clinic include the fundamentals of prone shooting, prone shooting with a sling, zeroing by adjusting sights and windage, and conclude with an introduction to standing shooting.

The Hoot at Crosscut is a premier mountain bike event hosted by Crosscut Mountain Sports Center on our expansive trail network in beautiful Bridger Canyon, outside of Bozeman, Montana. This coming June, Crosscut Mountain Sports Center will serve as the venue for the Montana Spartan Trifecta Weekend. Challenge yourself at altitude with steep climbs and descents in the Bridger Mountain Range. Complete a Sprint, Super, and Beast in one weekend for Spartan's ultimate challenge.

This is a unique opportunity to cheer on some of the world's best sit skiers including Oksana Masters, Kendal Gretch, Aaron Pike, and Dan Cnossen, as well as Crosscut Elite Team athletes Ty Wiberg and Nicole Zaino.

This clinic can be paired with our Fundamentals II Clinic, or stand alone. Skills learned in Fundamentals I progress well into Fundamentals II. For those looking for more advanced and dynamic skill work, you may want to step ahead to Fundamentals II.

This clinic is intended for intermediate to experienced riders with solid foundational skills who are looking to improve their ability to ride corners on varying terrain. We will break down the techniques involved in ascending and descending a variety of corners — including flat turns, berms, switchbacks, and tight turns.
This is a great next step for riders who complete our Fundamentals II clinic.

NICA is hosting a double header mountain bike race Labor Day Weekend at Crosscut Mountain Sports Center. Middle and High School racers from across the region will be toeing the line on Saturday and Sunday.
We will close our summer trail system to hiking and mountain biking during the event. Please respect the following closures.

The Montana Interscholastic Cycling League is a youth development organization working with the National Interscholastic Cycling League (NICA) as a Project League under NICA’s nonprofit umbrella. The Montana League is dedicated to building relationships in Montana communities that help promote healthy lifestyles in middle and high school youth, grades 6-12, through the lifelong sport of cycling.
The Montana League provides athletic opportunity to student-athletes of all skill levels and all socioeconomic backgrounds. Any child who wants to participate is welcome to join their local team. If the child does not have proper gear or cannot afford to purchase equipment necessary to participate, the Montana League is dedicated to helping provide the necessary items through our network of community-based gear donations and scholarships.
